What is 3SRB?

3SRB is an ancient technique of breathing that calms the mind and brings total physical, emotional, and mental health to the body-brain system. This technique has come from the Yogasutras of Sage Patanjali and for thousands of years was kept secret in the Guru-Shisya Parampara.

Three-Step Rhythmic Breathing (3SRB) Is An Ancient Technique Of Self-realisation Which Comes From The Yogasutra Of Sage Patanjali, The Oldest And Most Comprehensive Text On Yoga. The Technique Was Never Revealed To The Public And Handed Down From Guru (teacher) To Shishya (student) For Centuries As A Secret Tradition.

 It Was Only In The 80s That SN Tavaria, A Rishi (sage) Of The Present Age And A Householder, Began Teaching This Technique To His Students In Bombay, India and Termed It 3SRB, Giving It A Public Form For The Very First Time.

 Today, The System Has Hundreds Of Followers In India, The United States, United Kingdom, Spain, South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia.

How does 3SRB work?

Three-step Rhythmic Breathing Is The Rate Of Breathing We Are Born With. As We Grow, This Natural Rhythm Is Speeded Up By Our Thoughts. Just As Thoughts Affect Breathing Patterns, If Breathing Is Controlled, I.e. Three-step Breath is restored, Thinking Is Also Controlled And Rhythmic.

As can be seen, the main purpose of 3SRB is the synchronization of the ‘prana’ intake in the astral body with that of the physical body. In our effort to synchronize the physical with the astral, our emotional blocks/ negative emotions and their memory patterns formed over very long periods of time and are deeply embedded in us, which keep on repeating in our actions, gets dissolved/ removed. 

What are the benefits of 3SRB?

When our primary and astral bodies breathe in the same rhythm,
• One can remove age-old disharmony and conflict between our two bodies, leading to physical, mental, and emotional health, ie. total health;
• One can find peace of mind- the intensities and frequencies of unwanted thoughts is reduced;
• One embraces automatically the good and higher path of life without false religiosity and or blind adherence to rites, ceremonies, or rituals.
• Amongst children, its regular practice would lead to better concentration and memory, better relationship and stress management, and happiness.

When our breathing is controlled and rhythmic, our blood circulation is controlled and rhythmic, our thinking is controlled and rhythmic, our vision becomes pure and our mind turns inward.
